What To Expexct

No two sessions are alike! My goal is to help women connect back to themselves through a mix of life coaching and experiential exercises while teaching you about The Adult Chair® model.

Sessions will allow you to connect to what is true for you at that time and provide you with information and guidance that you can apply and use right away. At the end of each session, I will offer tips and next steps that you can use as homework to continue your steps on your path towards being your true authentic self. 

Coaching is not therapy. It is simply a way for you to work through various challenges you may have right now and learn tools and ways to take care of your emotional, mental, and physical needs.

If coaching is new to you, you may be wondering how many sessions to book or how often to meet. It truly is your choice. Most people choose to meet bi-monthly or even once per month. Depending on what is going on in your life at that time, you can choose weekly sessions as well. Once you begin this type of work, the frequency of your sessions will adapt and flow with your needs and wants.

If you are ready to book a session, you will be able to choose from the dates and times available on my calendar for a 50-minute session. All sessions take place over Zoom, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your safe place.
